It’s a 2 person agency, and what we like to call the “Anti-Agency Agency”. We are both seasoned professionals who became fed up with agency and startup life. Our backgrounds are both highly creative, and if we were born again a thousand times over we’d both end up in a creative field every single time.
We are a married couple - and in case you’re wondering, the name came from the first home we bought together in London back in 2018 (15 Theodore Rd, in South London).
The short answer is that we were both burnt out. The longer answer is that we took control over our lives and wanted to do work we were thrilled with. Rhys was working at a startup that believed holidays were a waste of time (seriously), and Alice was at an agency being used as a one person idea factory.
It wasn’t a hard decision. Now we’re able to work our way which makes us so damn happy - we feel this shows in our work.
We work best when we collaborate, rather than just saying “yes” to whatever you ask us to do. We also try and be as upfront and straightforward as possible which means no surprise fees or rigid practices - we will aim to be as clear and respectful to both you, and ourselves.
If we don’t love it, it doesn’t leave the studio. We believe in the work we do so we won’t cut corners and put anything out we aren’t thrilled with.
